The Employment Law Group® law firm Principal Attorney David Scher was interviewed by WUSA9 regarding workplace discrimination based on attractiveness.  The N.Y. Times recently published an article titled Ugly?  You may have a case, which discussed studies indicating that more attractive employees enjoy many advantages in the workplace, including higher salaries, better benefits, and more opportunities.  In the video below, Mr. Scher addresses the rights and protections afforded employees who face discrimination based on personal appearance.
